Some places never leave you.
They become the language your hands speak, the colors your heart reaches for, the stories you tell without saying a word.
For me, that place is Bamenda.
No matter where life takes me, a part of me will always be walking its streets, hearing the rhythm of its people, and carrying the warmth of its sunsets. WAN LE was never created to leave home behind. It was created to carry home forward.
This campaign is my love letter to that idea.

A Daughter of the Soil
This campaign is wrapped in warm terracotta because it is the color of home.
The rich red earth of Bamenda has always carried a quiet kind of beauty; deep, warm, and life-giving. It is the color that stains your shoes after the rain, the foundation beneath generations before us, the soil that raised me long before I ever knew where life would take me.
I will always be a daughter of the soil.
No matter how many cities I visit, how many countries I explore, or how far WAN LE travels, a part of me will always belong to that red earth. That is why every backdrop in this campaign is bathed in its warmth. It is more than a color palette; it is a tribute. A reminder that our roots are not something we outgrow; they are what allow us to bloom wherever we are planted.
The tropical greens reach upward like possibility. The woven baskets speak of abundance, carrying fruit the way our elders carried hope and harvest. The flowers bloom as symbols of becoming, while the raffia beneath our feet reminds us that every remarkable journey begins on familiar ground.
Even the smallest details tell a story. The gong, the shekere, and the xylophone woven into the print are not simply motifs, they are echoes of celebration, community, and home. Every thread quietly whispers, remember where you came from.

Designed for Every Destination
Although this story begins in Bamenda, it was never meant to stay there.
As I designed this collection, I imagined these dresses living beautiful lives around the world.
I picture them wandering cobblestone streets in Europe, catching the golden light as an Aperol Spritz glows beside them. I imagine them overlooking the turquoise waters of Mexico, a margarita in hand while the ocean breeze dances through their sleeves. I see them at intimate dinner parties where conversations linger long after the candles have burned low, at rooftop celebrations beneath summer skies, and on spontaneous weekends away where elegance feels effortless.
The possibilities are endless.
Because these pieces were never designed for one place or one occasion. They were created to move with you; to become part of your memories, your travels, and your celebrations.
Like the women who wear WAN LE, they carry confidence quietly. They belong wherever beauty, joy, and intention meet.

Home Travels With Us
To wear WAN LE is to carry a passport stitched with memory.
To belong everywhere without forgetting where you belong first.
To arrive in every room with confidence while carrying the quiet strength of your roots.
Style may take us around the world, but home is the one thing we should never have to leave behind.
The red earth of Bamenda will forever live beneath my feet, whether they walk the streets of Paris, the coastlines of Amalfi, or the beaches of Tulum.
Because home is not a place I leave behind.
It is the foundation I carry into every room, every journey, and every collection.
Wherever I go, Bamenda goes with me.
And wherever WAN LE goes, so does the soil that raised it.
