Fonyuy, means “God’s Gift” in Lamnso, this dress is named after someone, that is truly God’s gift to me. She has held my hand and walked through life with me since the day I was born. My first muse and forever style queen, I spent my childhood dreaming of the day I would be old enough to wear her clothes. Her quiet elegance, love for unique pieces, and appreciation for African fashion shaped my own understanding of style long before WAN LE was ever imagined.
