Refund policy

At WAN LE, every garment is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities with intention and care. To preserve the exclusivity of each collection, all sales are final.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges within 30 days of your order being shipped, subject to availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Show no signs of wear, stains, fragrances, or damage.

If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the original purchase value.

Refunds

WAN LE does not offer refunds. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded for a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason outside of manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@wanlestudio.com with your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Process

To request a size exchange, please email contact@wanlestudio.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
