Shipping Policy

At WAN LE, every piece is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities. Rather than overproducing, we release our garments intentionally to preserve quality, reduce waste, and ensure each piece receives the attention it deserves.

Pre-Orders

The LUÜNG Collection opens for pre-orders on July 1, 2026.

Our first production run is limited, and priority will be given to customers who place their pre-orders when the collection launches. Once our initial production allocation has been reserved, additional orders may be placed on a waitlist or fulfilled during a future production run.

For the LUÜNG Collection launch, shipping is expected to begin after July 22, 2026. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the production process and will communicate any updates should our timeline change.

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. As your order progresses, you will receive email updates regarding:

Order confirmation
Production progress
Shipment notification with tracking information
Delivery updates

Shipping Timeline

Once your garment has completed production and is ready to ship, orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your destination and the selected shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. WAN LE is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
