Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

At WAN LE Studio, every piece is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities. Rather than overproducing, we release our garments intentionally to preserve quality, reduce waste, and ensure each piece receives the attention it deserves.

LUÜNG Collection Pre-Orders

The LUÜNG Collection is currently available for pre-order.

As an independent fashion label producing in limited quantities, we use a pre-order model to help us produce intentionally, minimize excess inventory, and maintain the quality and craftsmanship of each piece.

Pre-orders placed during the current production period are expected to begin shipping in October 2026.

Please note that this is an estimated shipping timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production, international transit, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect this timeline.

If there are any significant changes to the expected shipping timeframe, customers with affected orders will be notified by email.

How Pre-Orders Work

When you place a pre-order, your selected piece and size are reserved for you from an upcoming production allocation.

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.

Because quantities are limited, certain styles or sizes may close for pre-order once their available production allocation has been reserved.

Orders containing both available and pre-order pieces may be held until all items are ready to ship.

Order Updates

We believe in keeping you informed throughout the process. You will receive updates regarding your order, including:

• Order confirmation
• Important production or fulfillment updates
• Shipment confirmation with tracking information
• Delivery updates

Shipping & Delivery

Once your garment has completed production, arrived at our studio, and passed our final quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase.

If your address changes while your order is in production, please contact us at contact@wanlestudio.com as soon as possible so we can update your information before your order ships.

WAN LE Studio is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
